Job Responsibilities
To oversee and provide timely support to all IT technical support issues and requirements.
Support and maintain all servers and to ensure system efficient with minimum downtime.
Plan for IT Technical Support Improvement & efficiency requirement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma holder in Computer Science / Software or Computer or Electronic or Communication Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience and knowledge in system technical support
• Ability to analyze and understand IT operation technical requirements
• Sound knowledge in IT networking system and protocol such as Windows operating system, TCP/IP etc
• Good reporting skill and able translate all technical issue into report form
• Good supervision skill and ability to manage other technical team member
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
• Possess self initiative, willingness to work long hours, and ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
• Willing to travel when required
• Experience in Sales and After Sales system & Helpdesk Functions
• Knowledge in automotive business us an added advantage
• Willing to be permanently recited at East Malaysia office
